At Lela Aura, we are dedicated to providing high-quality jewelry that you can cherish for years. We offer a 1-Year Warranty on our custom jewelry pieces.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Covers issues such as broken chains, faulty clasps, or loose stones due to craftsmanship or material defects.
  • Plating Wear: Includes coverage for wear on gold-plated items, provided the jewelry is properly cared for.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Surface scratches, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, or damage from improper storage.
  • Accidental Damage: Breakage caused by mishandling, such as dropping or bending the jewelry.
  • Loss or Theft: Items that are lost or stolen are not covered.
  • Modifications or Repairs by Third Parties: Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Lela Aura void the warranty.

How to Initiate a Claim:

  • Submit a Request: Email us at [support@lelaaura.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of the affected jewelry.
  • Assessment: Our team will review the claim to determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage. If eligible, we will provide a repair or replacement.
  • Shipping: We will cover shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements during the warranty period.

  • Warranty claims must be made within 1 year from the purchase date.
