Please note that we do not offer refunds in the event of a change of heart or any other reason for altering your purchase decision, all sales are final; no exceptions. Please note, you have 24 hours to make changes to your order, which is subject upon approval and not guaranteed. After this period we cannot honor change requests as your order has undergone processing. Please double check your order details before placing your order!

In the unlikely event of defects or errors not in line with the approved design, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue and, if valid, arrange for return, repair, or replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team. If authorized, we'll process a refund or offer a replacement. Please allow 14 days for the refund process.
